I am leaving here, for there, and you I may miss most!

St. Catharine College has been my home for a few years now. I am leaving soon to head off to Germany. I will never be able to explain what Brittini and Lana have meant to me this fall semester. Fall 2010, you were fun, but Spring 2011 is ready to challenge you.

I can't even begin to describe how happy my life is right now

It may have something to do with one of the following things: I just returned from a visit to Colorado, I spent some alone time with a great friend last night, I am going to be in Germany in less than a month, I made cookies today, I have a Mac now (which I love for the same reason I love my iPhone... it is a link to my favorite people), I have a God who is bigger than me, I have a best friend I can't imagine being without, I will graduate college in one year, Pandora Radio Exists, you, the drive to Hotlanta is tomorrow, I was able to play board games last night, I feel healthy, I feel great, I love someone, I miss someone, I like myself, I have challenges in my life, I don't live in Germany in 1943, I have cranberry juice, I got the word dragon last night, the grin on your face, the sleep I'll get tomorrow, the silly jokes that will come from friends, thinking about the future, and above all else, I get to exist in the same world as this picture...

I also am a fan of these pictures...

.That reminds me of life in Colorado.

A friend of mine. Basically family, scratch that, family, sent me a ton of pictures this weekend.

For a visit. To stay. I miss being among Coloradans. Is that the word? I don't know, but I'm using it.

Remember this time in your life. You've been here before. You re busy with the things of school and life, you have the things of life you want to do, then there is the one piece of life that causes you to make country music your music of choice for a time being. Is it worth it? What can you do this side of life with Jesus to prepare and care for what is to come.

God is obviously a carnivore. All throughout the Old Testament he wants burnt meat offerings because the aroma is pleasing!

Also, my two good friends from Campbellsville came for a visit yesterday. That was an honest highlight of my life. Also, internship starts September... Nervous excited!

So, I was looking through my old blog posts and I came across something devious!

It was a blog post from freshman year. It was simply entitled "I love this song."

Might I point out that I do NOT love that song, nor did I love that song back then... did I?

I truly don't think I liked that song, but then again, maybe I did.

I have been using a tumblr account lately... amandacunningham.tumblr.com... mainly because I can work my Tumblr from my iPhone.... but I think I am going to go back to my original more often. Blogger is just better.... you know?

What is up in the world of A EM A EN DEE A (question mark)

Currently I am reading through the bible in 90 days. There are about 20 other people doing this as well. Today was the fourth day and we finished GENESIS. There is a facebook group as well which is nice because it keeps us accountable.

A few of my friends from Crossing are going to come up and go to church with me this Sunday. They all go to Campbellsville.

I just spent some great time with Lovely T. She is one of my four be eff effs. It was a boot scootin good time.

I have been sitting at this desk for almost five hours for my R.A. responsibilities.

So I am at a McDonalds with twelve of my newest best friends and family! I realized today I never want to eat fast food again, but I do want to enjoy meals with these people for the rest of eternity! I love what a bond there is when you know a group of people are all rooting for Christ the same way you are.

Christians, we have eternity together, we are family. We are here to help each other. I will help any of you the way I know u would help my sister if she were to call. I love you. I just feel that right now!

Training week

Never did I think I would be a certified lifeguard... But here I am, a week into training, and I AM a lifeguard and I am about to be waterfront certified. Within the week I will be certified to run a rock wall...

This is so awesome... Thank you God.

So, maybe I have a plan for graduation.

I have 71 credits now, and I need 120 total to graduate, thus I need 49 more to graduate. I will take 18 in the fall which will bring me to 89. Next spring I will be abroad which will be 12 credits and bring me to 101. That summer I hope to stay in town, or go to another town and get a library job, but also I hope to take at least one summer course... Maybe online, to bring me to 104. Then, that fall... I will only need 16 credits to graduate. Hopefully that'll make me a 3 1/2 year, December graduate in my undergrad, and I wil apply to the university of kentucky's school of library and information science where I will take 36 hours to graduate with a Master's degree in Library Science. That's a mainly oine graduate program that I mau have to go out of state, you know... For my sanity, and take! In the spring of 2013, I will be a graduate, free to embark on the for real world! Then... I go home!
Of course... That's just the bones of the structure!
